Any no show appointment, the booking fee will be forfeited and will not be available for redemption.  It only takes a phone to let us know that you are unable to make it.

Our studio caters for clients who want advice from well trained professional; although we do stock “off the rack designs” for convenience of last minute customers, we are not a retail store or dressmaker.  We have lots well established designer labels on hand that you can order for future event. T0 assist our clients select the best designs is what we do best.
